Salary: $80k-$100k DOE

Location: West Grove, PA on-site

Requirements: Master or Journeyman Electrican License, 3 Years in Electrical Estimating, Project Management, NEC Codes, Construction Estimating, Valid Drivers License

Position Overview

The Electrical Estimator - Project Manager will oversee the estimation and management of electrical projects, ensuring accurate cost assessments and effective project execution from initiation to completion. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in electrical systems and strong project management skills to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed cost estimations for electrical projects in accordance with NEC standards.
• Manage the overall project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to execution and close-out.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Prepare and review project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met.
• Lead procurement activities and manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
• Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project.
• Conduct field inspections to ensure compliance with electrical codes and quality standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
  
  

Qualifications

• Master or Journeyman Electrician License
• 3 Electrical Estimator or Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and relevant electrical codes.
• Excellent skills in project management, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel for project design and documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relations.
• Experience with risk assessment and quality control processes.
