The Electrical Estimator will work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver high-quality estimates that support the successful execution of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical projects using Accubid software.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to develop comprehensive estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project requirements and constraints.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate project conditions and assess potential challenges.
- Maintain an organized database of historical cost data and estimation practices for reference.
- Provide support during the bidding process, including answering questions from contractors and clients.
- Regularly review and update estimation methodologies to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry, with a focus on Healthcare or Data Center projects.
- Proficiency in Accubid software for estimating purposes.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and clients.
