Our company is seeking a skilled Electrical Field Technician with NETA certification to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of electrical systems and equipment, performing testing, maintenance, and repair tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing electrical testing on a variety of systems and equipment, including switchgear, transformers, and protective relays.
- Conducting maintenance and repair tasks on electrical equipment, including troubleshooting and diagnosing issues.
- Preparing and submitting detailed reports of testing and maintenance results to clients.
- Working collaboratively with other technicians and engineers to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Ensuring compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all work performed.
- NETA Level II or III certification.
- Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Field Technician or Electrical Technician.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as necessary.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
