Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of electrical teams on site.
- Ensure that all electrical work is performed according to applicable codes and safety standards.
- Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Provide training and guidance to electricians and apprentices.
- Communicate with project managers and other foremen to ensure project alignment and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of work in progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or similar role in construction.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and codes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in the construction industry.
