Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of electricians on various projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Plan and schedule work assignments for the team
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets standards
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement appropriate solutions
- Maintain communication with project managers and clients regarding project status
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment
- Journeyman Electrician License
- Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Experience in scheduling and project management
