What You Will Be Doing
- Ensuring schedule completion of projects within established budget, time and quality standards, performance and customer satisfaction
- Reviewing project documents, plans and specifications and directing construction activities, resolving difficulties and project closings
- Instruct, implement and enforce the company safety program and site specific safety requirements with a zero tolerance to incidents
- Possess a complete and comprehensive understanding of the project requirements, blueprints, specifications and scheduling needs
- Accurately submitting daily/weekly reporting and four-week look ahead schedule
- 3 years of ground up electrical projects
- Ability to effectively communicate with all personnel, clients, customers and architects
- Familiarity with computers and ability to learn new software
- Previous experience with project documenting and record keeping
- Multifamily exp is a huge plus
- 120-165k (depending on project experience) bonuses

Salary : $120,000 - $165,000
