We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager specializing in mission-critical environments. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical projects, particularly in data center settings, ensuring that all projects meet stringent quality and safety standards while adhering to timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead electrical projects from conception through completion, focusing on data center environments
- Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, and budget estimates, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices for mission-critical facilities
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and issues
- Review and approve project documentation, including design specifications and construction plans
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)
- 5 years Project Manager with electrical subcontractor
- Experience with data centers/mission-critical projects (required)
- Experience with medium voltage (required)
- Strong understanding of mission-critical systems and large-scale project management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Salary 140-170k (based on experience)
