We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical engineering projects within various sectors including Data Centers, healthcare facilities, and utility-scale solar installations. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations while delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and compliance with safety standards, including OSHA-30 regulations.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project completion.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the electrical construction industry.
- Proven experience in managing projects in Data Centers, healthcare, and utility-scale solar sectors.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
- Familiarity with Water Treatment Plants (WTP) and Waste Water Treatment Plants (WWTP) is a plus.
- Experience with project management software and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- OSHA-30 certification is required.
