Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Projects & Controls Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for overseeing and implementing electrical projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing controls systems for operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute electrical projects from conception to completion.
- Conduct high voltage electrical work and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Utilize AutoCAD and CAD software to design and modify electrical schematics.
- Implement and troubleshoot control systems using Allen Bradley and FactoryTalk.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers on capital projects to ensure timely completion.
- Provide technical support for Ignition and Rockwell systems.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, reporting any discrepancies to management.
- High Voltage experience is required.
- Valid Oregon Electrical License or Supervisor License is mandatory.
- Supervisor License preferred.
- Proficient in Allen Bradley and FactoryTalk systems.
- Experience with Ignition and Rockwell automation technology.
- Strong skills in AutoCAD and CAD software.
- Experience managing capital projects effectively.
