Title: Electrical Technician (Technical Support)
Location: Syracuse, NY
We are seeking an electrical technical to join our team who will be responsible for our technical support efforts!
We provide technical support to OEM and aftermarket by taking inquiries (mostly by phone). This person will speak to people in regards to troubleshooting our systems such as HVAC controls, furnace controller, thermostats, controllers and more. We are seeking someone who can learn our product and walk others through troubleshooting, wiring what our products do, etc.
This person will report to our team lead.
