The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of industrial equipment through maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems to support our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on industrial equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues
- Install new equipment and machinery as needed
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize equipment performance
- Utilize PLC programming to enhance automated processes
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician in an industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems and programming
- Experience with electrical wiring, circuits, and repair
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Proficient in using AutoCAD for layout and design purposes
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
