Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of embedded software engineers in the development of embedded systems.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and deliverables.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance system performance and efficiency.
- Facilitate team development through mentoring, coaching, and performance management.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
- Engage in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex embedded system issues.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 years proven engineering experience in embedded & software systems development
- 2 years experience in an Engineering Management, or Supervisor / Leadership role
- Strong knowledge of RTOS, microcontrollers, and hardware-software integration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
- Experience with debugging, system optimization, and compliance standards.
