What You Will Be Doing

• Defending and resolving wage and hour class and PAGA cases.
  
  

What You Will Need For The Position

• At least 5 years of experience practicing employment law with significant experience defending and resolving wage and hour class and PAGA cases.
• Strong persuasive writing and communication skills are a must as a proactive task, time and project management skills.
• Strong team spirit, humility, sincerity, integrity, and the highest ethical standards.
• JD from an Accredited Law School.
