Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Employment Counseling Attorney to provide legal guidance and support to clients in matters related to employment law. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in advising clients on their rights and obligations, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and representing them in legal proceedings as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel to clients on employment-related issues.
- Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and agreements.
- Conduct legal research on employment law and regulations.
- Represent clients in negotiations and dispute resolution processes.
- Assist clients in understanding their rights under employment laws.
- Stay updated on changes in employment law and regulations.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals and stakeholders.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active law license in good standing.
- Experience in employment law preferred but not required.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
