The ideal candidate will specialize in employment law and provide expert legal advice and representation to clients on various employment-related matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on employment law matters, including employee rights, workplace policies, and compliance issues.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and litigation related to employment disputes.
- Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in employment law and regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to clients on employment practices and compliance issues.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the Bar Association.
- Demonstrated expertise in employment law and related regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in litigation related to employment law is a plus.
