Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance on employment law matters to clients.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and litigation related to employment disputes.
- Draft and review legal documents, including employment contracts, policies, and agreements.
- Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations to provide informed counsel.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and advice.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs for clients.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Colorado/Good standing with bar
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in Employment Law.
- Strong understanding of litigation processes related to employment disputes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
