We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Partner to join our dynamic law firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our employment law practice, providing strategic legal advice to clients, and managing complex employment law issues. This role requires a strong understanding of employment legislation and the ability to navigate the intricacies of employer-employee relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the employment law practice group.
- Provide expert legal advice on employment law matters including compliance, policies, and employee relations.
- Represent clients in litigation and dispute resolution related to employment issues.
- Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts and agreements.
- Develop and implement training programs on employment law topics for clients and internal staff.
- Stay updated on changes in employment law and legislation to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in employment law, with a proven track record as a partner or senior attorney.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior attorneys and staff.
