Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the engineering team to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement engineering strategies to improve manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and other industry regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and design initiatives.
- Oversee the execution of engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for efficiency gains and cost reductions.
- Manage relationships with external partners and suppliers, particularly in fasteners and heat treating sectors.
- Bachelor's degree or better or equivalent work experience in Engineering or a related field
- Fasteners experience is highly desired
- Proven experience in engineering management within an industrial manufacturing environment- fastener preferred but not mandatory
- Strong knowledge of cold forming, and cold forging processes
- Experience with ISO 9001 and quality management systems preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
