- Develop and implement engineering processes and standards for OEM projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Use SolidWorks and 3-D modeling software to design and analyze mechanical components and systems.
- Review and audit engineering projects to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in OEM engineering or manufacturing management.
- Experience in managing engineering teams and projects in a fast-paced environment.
