We are seeking an Engineering Technician to join our team to help us improve our production processes. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and have experience with Hand Tools, Mills, Lathes, and have a basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
What You Will Be Doing
The Engineering Technician's primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our production processes. They will use their expertise to identify process improvements and coordinate with other departments to ensure that all changes are implemented properly. The position also requires the ability to troubleshoot process issues, use a variety of hand tools, and operate equipment like mills and lathes.

- Troubleshoot process issues and provide technical support.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Maintain records of production processes and materials used.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify potential issues.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure changes are implemented properly.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Experience using a variety of Hand Tools, Mills, and Lathes
- Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.

Salary : $52,000 - $80,000
