Title: Enterprise Applications Manager
Location: Woodridge, IL 60517 (Southwest Chicago)
Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 Bonus Relocation
Founded in 2001 we are a 350 employee designer, producer & wholesaler of wide format digital print products for a variety of retailers across the US. We are a visual communications company with the largest selection of solutions for trade shows, exhibits, retail environments, business meetings etc in the marketspace today. We have acquired a few new businesses since covid and are private equity owned with very strong financial backing as we continue to gain market share in the space. For our facility in Woodridge we are targeting to hire an Enterprise Applications Manager who will be responsible for all operational & revenue generating enterprise applications & middleware integrations. In this role you will provide hands-on expertise for creating mapping schemas for integrations to & from ERPs to other business applications.

What You Will Be Doing
- Lead project teams (business & IT) to identify, develop & integrate applications/solutions & background processes as they relate to enterprise applications i.e. eCommerce platform, Graphics, Document Management software, SharePoint Intranet etc
- Engage w/ application business leads to achieve process improvements, new systems capability & cost efficiency for existing applications
- Review, assess & justify new but fully emerged technologies for adoption
- Translate business & technical requirements into blueprint to achieve business objectives
- Accountable for proper functioning of the applications, integrations, maintenance & upgrades
- Assist Manager w/ Enterprise SharePoint intranet design & oversee development
- Provide strategic guidance to drive solutions towards broad leveragability across business entities
- Leads development & maintenance of user documentation including training as needed
- Create application programming interface (API) standards & procedures
- Develop root cause analysis document when business experiences over 30 minutes of downtime
- Leads Sign-off on SIT, UAT & deployment of applications, workflows & customizations
- Collaborate w/ cross-functional teams & external partners to troubleshoot / resolve Level 2 & Level 3 support issues as they relate to functionality & interoperability of the applications & integrations
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology or closely related field
- 5 years experience as an Application or integration lead (manufacturing experience is a plus)
- Demonstrated experience w/ ERPs (Microsoft Business Central, NetSuite, Acumatica) is a plus
- Ability to show ROI on an investment in the IT space & lead projects / facilitate meetings
- Experience w/ Graphics technology solutions (tFLOW, Callas PDF, Print Factory, Graphics ERP) etc
- 3 years hands-on experience with the following:
- Integration platforms i.e. Dataverse or Celigo (working knowledge would be ideal)
- O365 SharePoint Online
- ShopFloor experience
- Level 2 & Level 3 Support
- PowerBi, Tableau, SQL etc (any of those ideal)
- Workflow applications (i.e. Docuware or Documentum)
- eCommerce platforms (i.e. Magento etc) or B2B integration
- RPA (Robotic Process Automation w/ uiPath)
