Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Environmental and Land Use Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental law, land use regulation, and litigation to effectively represent clients in various legal matters related to environmental compliance and land use planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel on environmental laws and regulations to clients.
- Represent clients in administrative and judicial proceedings related to environmental disputes.
- Assist with environmental reviews and permitting processes for projects.
- Draft and negotiate contracts and agreements related to land use and environmental compliance.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents including briefs and memoranda.
- Advise clients on land use planning, zoning issues, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Jurisdictions must be licensed to practice law.
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of three years of experience in environmental and land use law.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and litigation.
- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.

Salary : $115,000 - $135,000
