We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Engineer specializing in Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of CMP equipment, contributing to process improvements, and supporting production goals within the semiconductor manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot CMP equipment to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for CMP tools.
- Collaborate with process engineers to improve CMP processes and yield.
- Conduct equipment performance analysis and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Assist in the installation and qualification of new CMP equipment.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on CMP equipment operation and maintenance.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance with a focus on CMP.
- Strong knowledge of Chemical Mechanical Planarization processes and equipment.
- Experience with AMAT Mirra Polishers, Disco Grinders, and LAM Ontrack Scrubbers is preferred.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
