Key Responsibilities
- Manage a talented and experienced team, including Associates and legal staff, with the ability to delegate work efficiently
- Focus on client service, setting clear expectations
- Manage a large volume of cases
- 4 years of estate planning, business, and/or tax experience
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Bar in Oregon and in good standing
- Firm-paid employee health/dental/vision insurance
- Firm-paid Retirement Plan Contribution (401(k))
- Paid Personal Time and Holidays
- For attorneys: Bar Dues, PLF, Marketing, and CLE paid
- Reasonable expectations around minimum billable hours
- Incentive compensation available for exceeding minimum billable requirements
