Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for abatement, remediation, and demolition projects.
- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine necessary resources and costs.
- Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to gather relevant information.
- Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to asbestos and demolition.
- Prepare and submit proposals to clients and follow up on leads.
- Proven experience as an estimator in abatement, remediation, and demolition projects.
- Strong knowledge of asbestos abatement processes and regulations.
- Familiarity with construction principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary : $75,000 - $110,000
