Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) and at least 3 years of experience in estimating commercial construction projects
  • Knowledge of mechanical trades including HVAC, process piping, and plumbing preferred
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, FastPIPE, FastDUCT, QuickPen, Excel or similar software
