Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for various industrial construction projects, including paint, pipeline, and wastewater facilities.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to scope and quality.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to gather necessary information for bids and project execution.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather data for estimating purposes.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- 3 years of experience in estimating and project management within the industrial construction sector.
- Proficiency in estimating software and project management tools.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
