What You Will Be Doing
- This is a junior level role and the main duties are focused around assisting the operations manager with estimating and purchasing.
- Create pricing schedules and bid proposals.
- Evaluate the technical aspects of the project.
- Assist with risk analysis assessments related to the project's costs.
- Build relationships with suppliers and developers.
- Keep track of the project's stages and ensure that costs don't rise more than estimated.
- Keep track of currency exchange rates and update estimates when needed.
- 2 years of estimating/purchasing experience in residential construction.
- BS in related field.
- Salary $80k - $100k
