- Provide estimation for industrial projects.
- Prior experience in a self-perform firm specifically with steel, concrete or sitework
- Analyze project plans and specifications including but not limited to including scope, schedule, and budget estimates.
- Identify cost saving implementations
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the industrial contracting or steel welding and fabrication industry.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with clients and stakeholders.
