The Estimator will be responsible for assessing project costs and preparing detailed estimates for commercial construction projects. Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze project plans and specifications to create detailed cost estimates.
- Prepare and submit accurate bids for projects in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to gather necessary information for estimates.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and constraints.
- Maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to gather pricing information and ensure competitive bids.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating for commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Salary : $60,000 - $95,000
