As a Mechanical Engineer, you'll manage projects from conceptual design to construction administration and post-occupancy. You'll collaborate across disciplines to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality. Key responsibilities include:
- Staying up-to-date on mechanical codes, technologies, and best practices.
- Ensuring designs comply with industry standards, codes, and client requirements.
- Conducting site visits to evaluate mechanical systems, equipment, and materials.
- Designing and collaborating within a BIM environment.
- Completing engineering tasks aligned with project scopes and applicable codes.
- Reviewing and mentoring junior team members to ensure quality and professional growth.
- Leading design development and fostering a collaborative project environment.
- Partnering with internal and external teams to execute projects from concept to completion.
What We're Looking For
We seek candidates with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
- At least 7 years of mechanical engineering experience in consulting or design-build environments.
- Licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer (PE).
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to execute detailed designs independently.
- Excellent written, verbal, and graphical communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of building, mechanical, plumbing, fire, energy conservation, and fuel gas codes.
- Familiarity with NFPA and other industry standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software is a plus.
- Experience in markets such as healthcare, laboratories, corporate commercial, education, and government facilities is a plus.

Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
