Schedule: READ -
Monday - Friday 8AM- 4:30PM (2-4 Month Temporary Schedule for Training)
Monday - Friday 8PM - 8AM (Permanent Schedule After Training)
Founded in 2000, We specialize in 100% recycled R-PET packaging solutions for fresh produce, food service and retail sectors. With multiple manufacturing facilities operating globally we are growing! We're looking to add an Extrusion Machine Operator Lead to our team in Whitestown.

What You Will Be Doing
- Operating plastic extrusion machinery.
- Perform routine set-ups and simple adjustments to the extrusion machines and related equipment.
- Inspect and recognize defective products, making machine adjustments to correct defects.
- Provide on the job training to other associates.
- Ensure compliance with GMP's, Safety, Quality Procedures, and productivity standards.
- Communicate effectively with team all pertinent information.
- Check raw materials inventory and inform the warehouse of shortages.
- Maintain records.
- Machine Operating experience required.
- Plastics Extrusion experience is a HUGE PLUS.
- Experience in plastics manufacturing or food packaging.
- Bilingual - Spanish is a HUGE PLUS
- Mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills.
- Some experience as a team lead or shift lead.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must train on day shift Mon - Fri 8AM to 4:30PM.
- After training 2-4 months will transition to Monday - Friday 8PM - 8AM
