Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents and filings
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information
- Manage case files and ensure all documents are organized and up-to-date
- Provide trial support, including preparing exhibits and summarizing evidence
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and keep them informed
- Assist in case management and monitoring deadlines to ensure timely progress
- Prepare and review correspondence and legal documents for accuracy and completeness
- 3 years of experience in a legal environment
- Experience in family law is required
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in legal research tools and document preparation software
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Competitive Salary based on experience: $55,000 - $75,000
