We are a premier business law firm looking to expand our FDA and Healthcare Regulatory practice. As a member of the team you will provide legal support and guidance on FDA compliance and healthcare regulations, assisting our clients in navigating complex regulatory frameworks in the life sciences sector. If you have 3 years of experience in FDA regulatory and compliance, we would love to learn more about you!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on FDA regulations and healthcare compliance matters
- Negotiate, Draft, and review service agreements, clinical trial agreements, and supply agreements
- Conduct legal research and analyze regulatory policies
- Assist in product development processes
- Support clients in recall situations and regulatory responses
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on relevant legal matters
- Stay updated on changes in healthcare regulations and FDA policies
- Juris Doctor (JD)
- Licensed in the state of NC
- 3 years of experience in FDA compliance and healthcare regulatory matters
- Strong understanding of life sciences, clinical trials, and product development
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
- Experience with promotion and advertising of FDA regulated products is a big PLUS!
- 1600 Billable Hour Requirement
- Competitive Compensation plan starting at $125,000.00/year(based on experience)
