Salary: $30-35/hr with overtime and paid travel; on target earnings 100k

We're seeking an Entry/Mid level Field Service Technician to join our team. This role involves extensive travel to repair, maintain, and start up our equipment. You will also serves as a key communication link between our customers and the company, ensuring top-notch customer service.
We deliver top-tier solutions for pouching, cartoning, shrink wrapping, case packing, and tray packing systems tailored for the food and confectionery, beverage, home and personal care, pharmaceutical, chemical, and tobacco industries. Stroll through any grocery store aisle to witness the diverse array of packages created using our equipment.
You will also have great cross-training and mentorship on the latest technology, equipment and procedures. We have a very experienced team and want someone who is willing to learn from them!
What You Will Be Doing
You will be traveling to food plants across the US and provide on-site technical assistance to help troubleshoot, install, service, and repair equipment. You will be maintaining customer relationships and product lines, solving technical issues, and gain training on proprietary equipment to become a full solutions technician.

What You Need for this Position
- AAS Degree/Trade School Certificate OR equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of electrical and electro-mechanical automated machinery
- Experience with maintenance, installation, service and diagnosing issues on machinery.
- Friendly client facing/customer behavior
- $30-35/hr with on targeting earnings of 100k
- Generous PTO program

- $500 Monthly stipend for car; extra cash if not put towards car
