We're hiring a Field Service Technician to support our expanding operations. What we are looking for:
Mechanically inclined individual who can perform industrial equipment repairs, testing, rigging, alignments, vibration testing/balancing, troubleshoot, and repair various electrical and mechanical rotating equipment.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls repair and diagnostics on equipment such as pumps, valves, air compressors, motors, blowers, PLC's, VFD's, and instrumentation.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair AC and DC motors, generators, gear boxes, pumps, and numerous types of industrial equipment
- Ability to travel daily - on occasion, stay overnight to finish projets next day (paid for)
- Have the capability to work alone, as crew member, or as crew leader; Ability to work well with others in a team effort.
- High school or GED required - trade school, technical schooling, or on-the-job training preferred
- PLC and VFD troubleshooting, programming, repair, and replacement (site-dependent)
- Electromechanical troubleshooting and repair
- Rotating equipment repair (motors, pumps, shafts, bearings)
- Vibration analysis, balancing, and condition monitoring
- Laser alignment and mechanical alignment techniques
- Motor repair, rebuild, and electrical troubleshooting
- Must live in or near Cincinnati, OH -- Shelby, NC -- Pennsylvania
