We are seeking a Finance Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on all aspects of commercial finance, lending, and transactional matters. Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating finance agreements, loan documentation, and letters of credit
- Providing legal advice on equipment leasing, acquisition financing, and other finance-related transactions
- Conducting due diligence and reviewing financial statements, contracts, and other relevant documents
- Preparing and presenting legal opinions to clients
- Assisting with the resolution of disputes and other legal issues
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the New York state bar and in good standing
- 2 years of experience in commercial finance, lending, and transactional matters
- Strong knowledge of commercial lending and finance regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
