Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial insights and analysis to support the company's financial health and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis to support manufacturing operations and decision-making processes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including P&L statements and balance sheets.
- Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts to guide business strategy.
- Analyze cost accounting data to identify trends and areas for improvement in production efficiency.
- Monitor inventory control metrics and provide insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support lean practices and strategic initiatives.
- Utilize NetSuite for financial reporting and analysis regarding fixed assets.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and manufacturing operations.
- Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Experience with budgeting, P&L management, and balance sheet analysis.
- Familiarity with cost accounting and inventory control practices.
- Knowledge of lean practices and their application in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is desirable.
- Competitive compensation range of $110-130K targeted based on experience

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
