Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and tracking expenses to help guide our financial planning and decision-making processes. This role involves analyzing financial data and preparing reports to support strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the annual budgeting process
- Perform financial forecasting and variance analysis
- Track and analyze expenses to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data
- Utilize SAP BPC for financial modeling and reporting
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with SAP BPC or a similar tool would be helpful.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate financial information effectively
- Experience with Workday is a plus
