Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting our financial planning and forecasting efforts. This role is critical in helping the organization make informed business decisions and improve financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and create financial models to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process by providing insights and recommendations.
- Utilize Power BI to create interactive dashboards and visualizations for performance tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data related to financial performance, costs, and personnel expenses.
- Monitor key financial metrics and identify trends to inform strategic planning.
- Provide support for SAP and Workday financial systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Knowledge of SAP and Workday systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with Human Resources and HRIS systems is desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
