Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Fire Alarm Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling fire alarm systems and related services to commercial and residential clients, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes. This role requires a strong understanding of fire protection systems, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers protect their assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the fire alarm and protection industry.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to provide tailored fire alarm solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
  • Prepare and submit proposals and contracts for fire alarm systems and services.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in fire alarm sales or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, including fire alarms, fire sprinklers, and security integration.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Familiarity with low voltage systems, audio-visual equipment, CCTV, and access control systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales goals.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
  • NICET is a plus

Salary : $55,000 - $85,000
