Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of fire alarm systems and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards such as NFPA and OSHA.
- Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
- Lead site supervision and coordinate activities of technicians and subcontractors.
- Conduct quality control inspections and address any issues that arise during installation or maintenance.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to secure favorable terms.
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project progress and compliance records.
- Proven experience in project management and site supervision within the fire protection industry.
- Strong knowledge of safety compliance and OSHA regulations.
- Experience in budget management and schedule development.
- Familiarity with fire alarm, fire suppression, and mission critical systems.
- Technical certification such as NICET II in fire alarm systems is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Experience with tools such as Bluebeam and VESDA.
- Knowledge of aspirating smoke detection and clean agent fire suppression systems.

Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
