What You'll Be Doing
- Manage multiple fire sprinkler installation projects ensuring compliance with safety regulations and codes
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to achieve project objectives
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Prepare and present project proposals and updates to stakeholders
- Ensure all project documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Lead and mentor project team members to foster professional development
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management (preferred)
- 3 years as Fire Sprinkler Project Manager
- Commercial construction experience
- Strong knowledge of fire protection systems & fire sprinkler installation
- Excellent communication & leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fire Protection Certification (IFSAC or equivalent) preferred
- Familiarity with construction practices & safety regulations

Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
