Foreman/Superintendent - Underground Dry Utility Exp. Required

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Underground Dry Utility Foreman/Superintendent to lead and manage underground utility projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction of dry utilities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage underground dry utility construction projects.
• Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Train and mentor crew members, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare daily reports and communicate project progress to management.
• Manage equipment and materials inventory for efficient project execution.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Foreman or Superintendent in underground utilities.
• Strong knowledge of dry utility construction processes and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites.
• Familiarity with construction management software is a plus.
