Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations on construction sites
- Coordinate activities and allocate resources to ensure project milestones are met
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Manage and train crew members, providing guidance and support
- Maintain communication with project managers and clients regarding project progress and issues
- Inspect work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
- Prepare reports on project status, including labor, materials, and timelines
- Proven experience as a Foreman or similar role in construction
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in Estate Homes and Residential construction is a plus

Salary : $70,000 - $120,000
