We are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while leading a team of workers in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project goals
- Communicate with project managers and other stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
- Lead, mentor, and train team members to enhance their skills and productivity
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
- Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process
- Proven experience as a Foreman in construction, preferably in commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes
- Experience with concrete work and related construction techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary : $70,000 - $110,000
