What You Will Be Doing
- Define and develop our core platform's technical architecture, setting definite goals and making sure our technology scales with our growth.
- Build out and mentor a high-performing engineering team through best practices, code reviews, and setting a high bar for quality and production.
- Use agile methodologies and web-based prototyping tools to test and refine technical solutions that enhance user experience.
- Execute end-to-end development.
- Frontend: Next.js (React, TypeScript)
- Backend/Infrastructure: PostgreSQL, AWS, Prisma
- Collaboration & Code: GitHub, modern CI/CD practices
- 5 YOE building large-scale, customer-centric web applications.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript with a strong background in React
- Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and modern development best practices.
- Experience with rapid prototyping and iterative development to quickly validate ideas.
- Prior experience in a start-up environment and/or with healthcare tech is a plus!

Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
