We are seeking a highly skilled REMOTE Tax Manager to oversee and manage tax compliance and planning for our clients. This role involves providing expert tax advice, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and managing a team of tax professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various tax areas, including corporate, individual, and partnership taxation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the preparation and filing of corporate, individual, and partnership tax returns.
- Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services to clients.
- Review and analyze tax returns prepared by junior staff and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and assess the impact on clients' tax positions.
- Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored tax solutions.
- Assist clients with tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Tax Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- CPA, EA, or equivalent certification required.
- Minimum of 6 years of Public Accounting experience
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
