Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Evaluate project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on track and meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with construction projects to ensure successful outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager with a focus on commercial and residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
