- Provide legal representation and defense in general liability cases
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
- Negotiate settlements and manage litigation processes
- Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and risk management
- Collaborate with other legal professionals and stakeholders
- Stay updated on legal developments and changes in laws regarding general liability
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed in Illinois required, Indiana/Wisconsin big plus
- 2 years of experience in general liability defense
- Strong understanding of billing requirements
- Base Salary: $115K-$140K (DOE)
- Bonus Potential (Origination, Hours)
