- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals
- Lead and mentor the management team to enhance performance and productivity
- Oversee product development processes for medical devices, ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the medical device or Medtech industry
- Strong background in product development and project management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and manage operations
- Experience with technology integration in product development
- Ability to think strategically and execute effectively
